The imperialism is developed according to political and ideological cycles that correspond to the permanence and the evolution of the rapport of forces. “All Empire will perish”. Fortunately, the empires do crumble and fall apart, forced to abandon their domination over the Peoples that they subjugated by means of criminal violence and terror, and that – if they are not liquidated before – regain their national independence one after the other. El imperialismo se desarrolla según ciclos políticos e ideológicos que corresponden a la permanencia y a la evolución de la relación de fuerzas. “Todo imperio  perecerá”.
