New deception of the Peoples subjugated by imperialism: the imperialistic “multi-polarity”

New deception of the Peoples subjugated by imperialism: the imperialistic “multi-polarity”

The crises currently shaking the world do time and again show: with the stubbornness of the reality of the facts, on the one hand, the impossibility of establishing a stable system of peaceful coexistence and progress among human beings outside and much less against – the fundamental human rights and above all of the one which is the first and the precondition for the full enjoyment of them all, namely: the imperative ius cogens’ and international right of self-determination (RSD), free disposition or independence of all Peoples, as well as the right of integrity and independence of their legitimate States; as established by numerous and relevant United Nations General Assembly Resolutions (UNGAR) since its foundation by the Charter of San Francisco in 1945.

And, on the other hand, such crises do also show the absolute incapability and the political, strategic, intellectual and moral ruin of the so-called European and world “left” to defend these fundamental human rights and above all the RSD of all Peoples and the integrity and independence of their States. An incapability that prevents them from claiming or even seeing that the practical application of that justice that they claim to defend in the face of the imperialistic “law of the jungle” requires as a precondition both the unconditional and immediate evacuation of all the occupying forces of imperialism, as well as the end of all aggression maintained by it against the Peoples and States that it still continues to subjugate and/or attack.

This ruinous world situation has been tragically aggravated nowadays by the degradation that has taken over the Government of Usonia (United States Of North Independent America), which has already been analyzed in our texts:

“[...] Apparently, Usonia has abandoned or betrayed its fickle initial vocation of freedom and democracy, so as to adopt with all cynicism that of a worldwide hegemony and domination. The young Republic has grown mature or old, giving up its original virtues or weaknesses, and acquiring the cynicism and the bad habits – and adopting the methods – of the Nations steeped in history that preceded and showed it the way. For better or for worse (no matter what the world may think and despite everything), Usonia is already of age and a Nation like the others. Not worse than others and not even as bad as others, if one wants to remember what the Spaniards and the French have done (or to imagine what they would do today, in possession of a comparable political-warlike arsenal).

“And yet, a Country that – with all its limitations – did arise moved by values of freedom and that has contributed so much to the progress of democracy in the world, can it sink without resistance in fascism and imperialism? Can that Country willingly accept a model of bureaucratic and administrative-military ‘democracy’, like the old tyrannies of France or Spain? Is this the temporary effect of circumstantial fights and traumas, or it’s about a new and deep implantation of maniac and irresponsible supporters of Imperialism, criminal Violence, war of aggression and Terrorism? The imperialistic and fascist gangsterism that has taken over the Usonian Government and Administration, can or cannot be curbed and rejected? And, of course, we are not talking about clumsy, sterile and counter-productive acts of individual ‘terrorism’, resulting from exasperation and impotence in the face of that reality. In short, there can or cannot be expected the possible and effective response of the fertile Puritan, liberal and democratic traditional spirit? That is the question.” Etc. (See our text The hegemonic crisis, published on September 13, 2021.)

In the face of this disastrous situation of generalized imperialistic and fascist stagnation, it is distressingly urgent that the world adopt the expressed fundamental principles of Self-Determination or Independence of all Peoples, as we have constantly made clear in our texts of reference:

“[...] The affirmation of both the unconditional and immediate Self-Determination or Independence of the Peoples and Nations subjugated by imperialism (a peremptory right recognized – not constituted – by the contemporary International Law of the United Nations as ‘the first of fundamental human rights’ and ‘the precondition for the full enjoyment of them all’), as well as the independence and integrity of their legitimate States ‘conducting themselves in compliance with the principle of equal rights and Peoples’ self-determination’ [UN Charter, Chapter I, Article 1, 2; UNGAR 545 (VI-1951); 637-A (VII-1952); 2625 (XXV-1970) etc.], is not an ‘option’ of the RSD; it is identical to the RSD and its only necessary content. Away from this, there is no place for an authentic Democracy but a criminal subjugation of Peoples and annexation of their legitimate States by Imperialism, which by the way does currently present itself under a falsified and crude label of ‘democracy and elections’; it little matters whether this model be ‘Western’ or ‘Eastern’.

“The Independence of the Peoples subdued by Imperialism, and therefore the prior unconditional and immediate evacuation of all its forces of military occupation and of its entire apparatus of colonization imposed on the Peoples and States that it is subjugating, does not ‘follow’: neither eventually nor necessarily, as a result of ‘democracy’. Strictly speaking, the simple, complete, unconditional and immediate Independence of the Peoples subjugated under/by imperialism is the starting point and the only content: tautologically possible and necessary, of the RSD and of all authentic Democracy; for both the dominated and the dominators, since ‘A People that oppresses another People cannot be free’. The continuation of Imperialism: before, during and ‘eventually’ after Self-Determination, is not a democratic choice, is not an ‘option’ of the RSD; it is its absolute denial.” Etc. (See the full text in Chapter XII – ‘Fundamental Human Rights and Democracy (XII)’, of our general work ‘Euskal Herria and the Kingdom of Nabarre, or the Basque People and its State, against French-Spanish imperialism’.)

Instead, those self-proclaimed “left” sectors and in particular their “Basque” lackeys heirs of the Eta group: agents camouflaged as “Basques” but in reality at the service both of French-Spanish social-imperialism – imperialists disguised as “Sozialistak” –  as well as of an imperialistic “multi-polar” system that they present as “progressive”, what they propose to us is not the universal affirmation and defence, in theory and in practice, of the aforementioned right of independence and integrity of all Peoples and their legitimate States, but that we should close our eyes to the cynically affirmed “law of the strongest”, the aggressions, the constant threats of aggression and the crimes carried out by those imperialisms according to them “progressive”; and that we should join the current criminal system of imperialistic “multi-polarity” advocated by them. All this in application of the “edifying principle” that could be expressed as "everyone to his own" or that each one should arrange himself as he can within the “Lebensraum, Zones of Influence or Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Spheres” (and ultimately of the entire Globe) that already led Humanity to the Second World War; and on the aberrant ideological basis that there is only one “perverse imperialism”, which is the “Western” one, which we must fight by the procedure of supporting the “progressive imperialisms”, which would be the “Eastern” ones.

These so-called “progressive imperialisms”, as claimed by those “left” ideological agents who are at their service (since these agents assumed as valid and their own “The Leninist synthesis between the absence of freedom [i.e., the absence of fundamental human rights and freedoms] and socialism, [which] stunned the world more than the discovery of atomic energy”, as expressed by the author Vasili Grossman in his work Everything flows’); such “progressive imperialisms”, as we are told, are fundamentally represented by the criminal totalitarian, reactionary and despotic-Asiatic systems of the so-called “Russian Federation” (formerly designated as “USSR”) and the “People's Republic of China”, which brutally and ruthlessly oppress both other Peoples and States subjugated under their imperialism as well as their own Peoples.

They are joined by the criminal and constant aggression that since its foundation is being carried out by the Zionist, terrorist, anti-Semitic, racist, imperialistic and fascist Entity that they call “Israel” against the fundamental rights and even the very existence of the Semitic Palestinian People and its State settled in their own Territories. An aggression that – in spite of the coarse “anti-terrorist” hoaxes with which they try to hide them – does from the beginning seek the expulsion and the genocidal extermination of that People, recently intensified and carried out in the wake of the aggression carried out by the dictator Putin against the Ukrainian People since April 2014; and that the Zionists did re-launch in July 2014 under the name “Operation Protective Edge”.

The current excuse of “the hostages taken by Hamas on October 7, 2023”, so as to disengage themselves from the Palestinian People and abandon it to the extermination programmed and implemented by the Zionists for almost eighty years now, is a hoax that can only serve to calm the disgusting rotten consciences of the corrupt and feeble-minded persons who do currently run the “Western democracies”.

(See our article Ocultación de la Violencia criminal y el Terrorismo de Estado tras los atentados del “terrorismo” individualpublished on October 11, 2019 about the situation in our Country. As to the situation in Palestine, and according to the historian Rashid Khalidi, the Hungarian-German Theodor Herzl, father or modern political Zionism, did in 1895 confide to his diary with these words his idea of spiriting the native Palestinian population away so as to make way for immigrants of Jewish religion“We must expropriate gently the private property on the estates assigned to us [in Palestine]. We shall try to spirit the [Palestinian] penniless population across the border by procuring employment for it in the transit countries, while denying it employment in our own country. The [Palestinian] property owners will come over to our side. Both the process of expropriation and the removal of the poor must be carried out discreetly and circumspectly.” [Rashid Khalidi; ‘The Hundred Years’ War on Palestine: A History of Settler Colonialism and Resistance, 1917–2017’; 2020.]

When the phase of carrying out these devious tricks went over, and once that of open aggression was unleashed, in particular this war of aggression and genocidal extermination carried out nowadays by the criminal Zionist Entity against the Palestinian People is waged without any counter-war. Of this type of crime we could say, in Lenin’s words: “Too often they are less like wars than like a savage massacre, an extermination of unarmed people.” “This is the kind of war that was waged against them: they were unarmed, and they were exterminated with machine guns [and now with bombings and tanks]. Are those wars? Of course not, those are not even wars, if we are to speak properly.” Etc. See, in particular, Chapters 11 The current incrimination of “terrorism”: a new totalitarian weapon of global repression’, and 15 – ‘Introduction to imperialismof our work ‘Violence and Terrorism.- Their ideological mystification at the service of imperialism’.)

« In the true reality, there is no such “Western world order”: which would be – as implicitly and subliminally claimed by the propaganda of the said Oriental Powers – the only imperialistic one, to which an “Eastern world order” and supposedly anti-imperialistic one would be opposed. Quite differently, what we have is AN IMPERIALISTIC GLOBAL ORDER based on what is the essence of imperialism, namely: the violation both of fundamental human rights and above all of Peoples’ Self-Determination or Independence, as well as of the integrity and security of their legitimate States constituted on the principle of equal rights and Peoples’ Self-Determination, as has been repeatedly established by the contemporary International Law of the United Nations. An imperialistic global order and structure that includes both Western imperialistic Powers as well as Eastern imperialistic Powers.

« In the face of this global imperialistic order, the democratic Resistance of the Peoples which are being attacked by this imperialistic order is opposed, regardless of the aggressor: Eastern or Western; a Resistance that should be supported by all the free Peoples of the world. This National and Democratic Resistance: based on the defence of the fundamental human rights and above all of the national independence of those Peoples attacked by imperialism, is now represented by the Resistance of the Ukrainian People to be swallowed up by Moscovian Imperialism, which aspires to achieve it through its criminal war of aggression against that People, so as to destroy first of all its legitimate State and then the People itself. And of course, is also represented by the opposition and National Resistance of the Basque People and its State, the Kingdom of Nabarre, against the criminal colonialist and fascist imperialism of Spain and France.

« Therefore, we are facing only a mere geographical re-dimensioning of the imperialistic world order in which it is not possible to seriously affirm that this supposed “new post-Western world order” consists of an anti-imperialistic democratic order, since the Government of the purported “Russian Federation” intends to impose it by subjugating the Ukrainian People and destroying its legitimate State through an iniquitous war of aggression and imprescriptible crimes against the Laws of war, crimes against the peace and security of Peoples and their legitimate States constituted and “conducting themselves on the principle of equal rights and Peoples’ self-determination”, and crimes against Humanity. [...]

« In view of all this, we reproduce a significant paragraph from the ‘Declaration for the Rights and Liberation of Peoples’, published in Basque, English, French and Spanish“Those who oppress Peoples and States are not agents of honourable political enterprises, they are simply criminals; yet, not political but just common delinquents. Nor are they criminals of a particular level either but the perpetrators of the greatest crimes that morality and law can record. If we take International Law as a reference, these terrible offences can be classified into three groups: those committed against the laws of war, against peace, and against Humanity. They cannotbe forgotten or forgiven, if we are really aiming to finish with them.” Etc. (Iñaki Aginaga; from his aforementioned Declaration.) » Etc.

(See our texts Worsening of the current geo-political crisis: new aggression of the Moscovian Imperialism against the Ukrainian People and its State’, published on February 26, 2022; El Imperialismo Chino contra el derecho de autodeterminación de los Pueblos, published on August 6, 2022; El Ente Sionista pide la dimisión del Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas, published on October 24, 2023; and Declarations by Mr. Raji Sourani, Palestinian lawyer in the indictment against “Israel” brought by the Republic of South Africa before the International Court of Justice, in The Hague, published on January 23, 2024.)

In the face of those obdurate and fanatical lunatics defenders of a multi-polar imperialism: who for half a century have ruined this Country by preaching to it the sectarian and suicidal insanity of Eta (without this having led them to adopt the slightest prudence, humility and honesty in the face of their terrible errors, which in their stupid arrogance they did not want to recognize when they were warned of them just as they do not recognize those of today); in the face of such agents of imperialism, we maintain the affirmation of the universal validity and applicability of the above-expressed principles of Self-Determination or Independence of all Peoples, the Basque People among them, and of Independence and Integrity of their legitimate States and of ours in particular, the Kingdom of Nabarre.

Thus, against the agents of Spanish and French imperialism, who fight these positions, and also against their local and indigenous auxiliary agents who, as we have indicated, present themselves as “Basque nationalists and patriots” (namely: the components of the mafia-liquidationist bureaucracy Pnv-Eta and its satellites Ea-Ehbildu-Sortu-Geroabai and the rest of the “trade-union, social and cultural” associations that cover them), but who do also deny these positions as do their aforementioned imperialistic masters whom these “Basques” have been accepting for half a century now as democrats and their imperialistic State as “the State” of their own, we affirm these positions as the very foundation of the Basque Movement of Resistance and National Salvation, as has been set out in our ‘Manifesto of the Basque Movement of Resistance and National Salvation’, published in English, EuskaraFrench, and Spanish.

For all these reasons, and given its topicality, we republish an excerpt from the mentioned text on the new aggression of Moscovian Imperialism against the Ukrainian People and its State:

*

[...]

At the same time, the grotesque claim that the “Russian” Colonists – scattered throughout Ukraine and other Countries thanks to the imperialistic and military expansionism and colonialism of the Moscovian Empire – have the “right of self-determination” claimed by the colonialists-imperialists (a non-existent “right” that, as they pretend, prevails over the legitimate rights of self-determination, independence and national integrity of the indigenous Peoples and their Countries, dominated and colonized by Moscovian Imperialism throughout its history; Peoples and States that in addition this imperialistic Nationalism denies); such an absurd claim, we say, is the cancer that corrodes that “Russian soul” without possible remission and that leads that People to the imperialistic madness.

The “Russian” Colonists of the Donbas in Ukraine, or those of Transnidstria in Moldova, or those settled in the Baltic States and in Georgia; no more than the “Russian” Colonists in East Prussia (which the Moscovian imperialists call “Kaliningrad”), Chechnya/Ichkeria, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Buryatia, Yakutia etc. etc. HAVE NO RIGHT OF SELF-DETERMINATION NOR ANY OTHER POLITICAL RIGHT. In exactly the same way that did not have it the German Colonists in East Prussia and the Sudetenland: descendants or successors of the Teutonic Knights and their criminal Crusades propitiated – since Konrad I of Masovia – by the Polish imperialistic and expansionist Nationalism against the original and autochthonous Old Prussian Baltic People; consequently, those German Colonists were expelled from those territories at the end of WWII. And just as the French and Spanish Colonists in Algeria, Indochina, Cuba, the Philippines and the Kingdom of Nabarre HAVE NO RIGHT OF SELF-DETERMINATION NOR ANY OTHER POLITICAL RIGHT.

The international right of self-determination or independence of all Peoples: recognized – not constituted – by the contemporary International Law of the United Nations (since the First Article of its founding Charter of San Francisco as well as by numerous and relevant Resolutions of its General Assembly) as the first of the fundamental human rights and the precondition for the full enjoyment of them all, belongs to the indigenous Peoples established in their own Countries, NOT TO THE IMPERIALISTS AND COLONIALISTS established in the Countries they have invaded, occupied by “right of conquest”, and subsequently colonized through wars of aggression and imprescriptible crimes; namely: crimes of war, crimes against Peace, and crimes against Humanity.

And that international right of Peoples’ self-determination or independence consists in the original and immanent – not derived or granted – right of unconditional and immediate independence that these indigenous Peoples have against any foreign aggression or interference contrary to their national independence. It consists, therefore, in the unconditional and immediate evacuation of all foreign forces of military occupation, and not in carrying out clumsy referenda inappropriately called “of self-determination” under those military occupying forces of imperialism, which are the denial of the authentic right of self-determination or independence of all Peoples. AS SUCH, THE IMPERIALISTS HAVE NO RIGHTS. Out with the imperialists in the subjugated Peoples and States!

The shameless claim of a pretended right of self-determination of the “Russian” Settlers that the aggressor Putin has made, in order to “justify” his criminal aggression against the Ukrainian People and their legitimate State while denying that this is a war (and also a war of aggression, to be precise), is identical and is based on the same “argumentation” that was used by Hitler in 1938 to “justify” his claim of “the return of the region of the Sudetenland to the German motherland”. It is the same affirmation of “constitutional unity” established by the proslavery, colonialist and racist formal or secondary Spanish “Constitution” of 1812, when in its Article 1 it states that: “The Spanish nation is the gathering of all Spaniards from both hemispheres”. And it is the same affirmation that was used by the Nationalism-Imperialism of France against its colonies: “It is essential to establish colonization upon domination”, Jules Ferry had said in his speech before the Chamber of Deputies in July 1885, so as to justify the criminal French nationalist and colonialist repression of Algeria.

(“In 1885, the ‘socialist’ Jaurès had voted for war credits for Tonkin. In 1887, at the time of the Schnæbelé affair, he was in favour of the military credits for Algeria in ‘the patriotic silence [non-opposition] of the parliamentarians’. In 1903, he demanded the budget for ‘the peaceful penetration’ in Morocco. In 1904, Jules Guesde reproached him for ‘having voted the war and Navy budgets’; which Jaurès had personally avoided doing. But ‘those [parliamentarians] of yours have voted them – argued Guesde that year addressing at Jaurès and the PsF. Your error is in your conception of socialism, which has nothing of socialist. You do arise your socialism from the Republic, while we do arise it from the capitalist evolution. Your method is nationalism under a more dangerous form than any other!’ Finally, in 1908 Jaurès rejected additional military appropriations. [...])

For his part, the “socialist” Mitterrand responded like this to the challenge that the National Liberation Front of Algeria had just posed to France with its Proclamation of November 1st, 1954, for “the goal of National Independence within the North African framework”:

“[...] Must Algeria, too, enter into the cycle of this world that for the last fifteen years is in revolt against the nations that claimed to be their guardians? [An allusion to the process of regression of imperialism and of decolonization, mentioned in the quotation with which we opened this text; a process that had led to the humiliating French defeat at Dien Bien Phu in May of that same year of 1954 and to the subsequent Treaty of Geneva in July, and that resulted in the French withdrawal from Indochina.]

“Well, in fact, no, that is not what will happen! Because it so happens that Algeria is France; because it so happens that Algeria’s departments are departments of the French Republic. From Flanders to the Congo, even if there is some difference in how our laws are applied, the law still reigns everywhere, and that law is French law; it is the law that you [parliamentarians] have voted for, because there is only one parliament and one nation in our overseas territories, just like the departments of Algeria, just like in the metropolis. That is the rule that guides us; not just because the Constitution requires it but because this is how we want it to be.” Etc. (From the speech by François Mitterrand, Minister of the Interior of the Mendes-France Government, given from the rostrum of the French “National Assembly” on November 12, 1954.)

“The only negotiation is war”, this “socialist” character concluded. “Therefore”, his Government invoked the rights of self-determination and legitimate defence of the French people against the “internal aggression” they claimed to be suffering in Algeria, so as to justify Algeria's infamous colonial “non-war” (i.e. Its War of Independence, from 1954 to 1962), which French imperialism had declared to be “an integral part of the French people”.

This is Aron’s description of that mentality:

“We are in the presence of an armed and vivacious nationality that is necessary to turn off by assimilation, [...] the displacement of the Berber People and the fusion. [...] The apparent simplicity of the issue – independence or not – disguises the complexity of the situation. If the independence of the protectorate or of the colony were considered by the imperial State as an unmitigated evil, an irremediable defeat, it would be necessary to return to the elementary duality friend-foe. The nationalist – Tunisian, Moroccan, Algerian – would be the enemy: not occasional nor even permanent, to resume the terms we have defined above; he would be the absolute enemy, he with whom no reconciliation is possible, whose very existence is aggression and who, consequently, if the logic were to be followed up to the end, had to be exterminated. ‘Delenda est Carthago’: the formula is that of the absolute enmity, the enmity of Rome and of Carthage; one of the two cities is ‘de trop’. If Algeria must remain definitelyFrench, the nationalists who want an independent Algeria must be eliminated without mercy. In order that millions of Muslims become French, in the middle of the 20th century, it is necessary that they can no longer dream in an Algerian nation, and forget the witnesses ‘who had their throats cut off’.” Etc. (Raymond Aron; ‘Paix et guerre entre les nations’, 1962.)

Once the dogma that “Algeria is France – and that in France there is no other People but the French” – had been established a priori, from this it was deduced with pretensions of a “Cartesian logic” the ridiculous and absurd assertion that “France cannot fight against itself”; and that, therefore, Algeria's colonial-imperialistic war was a non-war. Similarly, the current aggression that the so-called “Federation of Russia” has undertaken against the Ukrainian People and its State, under the name “special military operation” and “non-war”, is the continuation of that same line of imperialism, crime, shamelessness and destruction of reason developed by French imperialism against Algeria. And it is also identical to the positions of Hitler, who in the program of the “National Socialist German Workers' Party-NSDAP” (which he himself co-wrote and read at his first mass meeting held in Munich in February-1920), called for the “unification of the Germans” (Germans of Austria and Sudetenland-Czechoslovakia) invoking that same falsified imperialistic version of the right of self-determination, and that led the German People to its greatest misery. (See Chapter XV – Imperialism vs. International Law (XV)’ of our general work ‘EUSKAL HERRIA AND THE KINGDOM OF NABARRE, OR THE BASQUE PEOPLE AND ITS STATE, AGAINST FRENCH-SPANISH IMPERIALISM.)

All this is currently being reproduced by the criminal aggression of the Putinist State in order to restore the Moscovian imperialistic and colonialist achievements over the Ukrainian People and its State. These are criminal achievements that had been established in Poltava in 1709, three hundred and five years earlier; and that, after the uprising of the Ukrainian People on the Maidan of 2014 for its national independence and the sovereignty of its State (and against the lackeys of the Moscovian imperialism infiltrated in the Ukrainian Government), could be nullified if no intervention was taken about it.

Thus, in the face of the new International Law precariously established after the end of World War II, with the affirmation of the right of self-determination or independence of all Peoples (and therefore also of the Ukrainian, Chechen Peoples, etc.), and in the face of the above-mentioned international Treaties – ultimately the aforementioned Budapest Memorandum of 1994 – by which the so-called “Federation of Russia” recognized the independence and integrity of the State of Ukraine, the new masters of the Kremlin came to the conclusion that it was necessary to re-establish their Empire – which they call “the defence of our national interests” – based on the affirmation of “zones of influence and  limited sovereignty”, and ultimately on the “right of imperialism” over the Peoples and States of those areas; just as Stalin did in 1939 through his secret Pact with Hitler to divide up Europe between them.

The consequence of the recognition of these criminal interests is the consolidation throughout the world of “Colonial Reservations” in which fundamental human rights – and first and foremost the first and the precondition of them all: the right of self-determination (RSD) or independence of all Peoples – have no validity whatsoever; as well as the renovation or stabilization of “Zones of Influence, Protectorates, Living Spaces/Lebensraum/Spazio Vitale, Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Spheres, Security Zones” and other old acquaintances of imperialistic expansion, also underlying the “Brezhnev doctrine of limited sovereignty”. But that means to bring the world back to a situation that is unacceptable to the majority of Countries, and of course to its destruction.

In the face of this fatal blunder implied by the affirmation of the non-existent and criminal “right of imperialism of the Holy Russia” over all its neighbours, the Moscovian People and their sensible and non-criminal leaders should understand that their real interest lies in joining a world established on the affirmation of the principles of respect for fundamental human rights and cooperation among Peoples and Nations of the World, and above all on the right of self-determination or national independence of all Peoples, and not on the false “rights” of imperialistic colonialism; and that a “future” built on the imposition of the Moscovian imperialistic Nationalism on other Peoples consists only of horrendous crimes, corruption, and finally destruction, material and moral ruin, and death. Also for themselves.

Etc.

Nuevo engaño a los Pueblos sojuzgados por el imperialismo: la “multi-polaridad” imperialista

A propósito de la crisis geo-política actual
